Services Agreement for Free Digital Marketing Fundamentals Course

1. Purpose

The purpose of this Agreement is to outline the terms and conditions under which the Participant will receive access to abt Course provided by Marketing Navii. The Course is designed to offer educational content and training on digital marketing fundamentals at no charge.

2. Course Access

The Company agrees to provide the Participant with access to the Course, which includes instructional materials, videos, and other educational resources, all of which are provided free of charge.

3. Use of Course Materials

The Participant agrees that the Course materials, including but not limited to text, videos, documents, and other content "Materials", are the exclusive property of Marketing Navii. The Participant acknowledges that:
- The Materials are provided solely for educational and personal use.
- The Participant may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Materials for commercial purposes.
- The Participant may not use the Materials to offer, create, or sell similar digital marketing training or courses.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and proprietary rights, in and to the Materials and any related content provided by Marketing Navii are owned by Marketing Navii. The Participant acknowledges that no ownership rights are transferred through access to or use of the Course.

5. Confidentiality

The Participant agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the Materials and any other proprietary information received as part of the Course. The Participant shall not disclose such information to any third party without the prior written consent of Marketing Navii.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Company provides the Course and Materials on an "as is" basis. Marketing Navii makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the Materials for any specific purpose. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Participant's use of the Course or Materials. 7. Termination Marketing Navii reserves the right to terminate access to the Course if the Participant breaches any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, the Participant must cease using the Materials and destroy any copies in their possession.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the States of United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Acceptance

By participating in the Course, the Participant acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
